Koiship Terms of Service

Koiship (“Koiship”, “we”, “us”) is a hosting platform operated for koiship.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Koiship website, dashboard, API, hosting services and any related services (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, deploying a backend, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Accounts found to belong to underage users may be suspended.

One person or organization may not maintain accounts for the purpose of circumventing resource limits, bans, or moderation actions.

You may not use the Service to host, distribute or link to: malware, ransomware, phishing pages, credential stealers, DDoS/booter services, illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

You may not use the Service to attack, probe, or interfere with Koiship’s infrastructure, other users, or any third party.

You may not attempt to escape the isolation of your backend (container escape, accessing other users’ files, accessing host resources beyond your allocation).

Resource limits (CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, process count) are enforced by the platform. Circumventing or attempting to circumvent them is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate any backend or account, with or without notice, that in our judgment violates these Terms, threatens the platform, or is required by law.

You retain ownership of the code and data you deploy (“Your Content”). You grant Koiship only the limited permission needed to store, run and serve Your Content as part of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for the software you run, the data it processes, and the services it exposes. Koiship does not pre-review user deployments and does not endorse their content.

You are responsible for complying with the laws, licenses, and third-party terms (including game and platform terms of service) applicable to anything you host.

Free plans are provided “as is” with no availability or support guarantees. Paid plans, if offered, grant the resource limits and features described on the pricing page for the subscription period.

We may change plan pricing or limits prospectively. Changes will not retroactively alter a paid period you have already purchased.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for downtime, data loss, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We store the data needed to operate the Service (account information, deployment metadata, billing records, and audit logs). We do not read or disclose the contents of your backend files or environment variables except as needed to operate the Service or as required by law.

You should maintain your own backups. Koiship backups are a convenience feature, not a guaranteed data-recovery service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your backends at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse resources, or create legal risk for the platform. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to export your data, except in cases of abuse or legal process.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at koiship.com/tos. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
